What you'll do
- Develop Plans: Create detailed plans for the procurement and allocation of tools, equipment, and manpower based on project requirements and schedules
- Maintain Inventory: Manage inventory levels of tools and equipment, including tracking usage, maintaining records, and ensuring proper storage and upkeep
- Liaise with Teams: Work closely with project managers, construction teams
- Optimize Resources: Implement strategies to optimize the use of tools and manpower, minimizing downtime and improving efficiency
- Manage Costs: Develop and manage budgets for tools, equipment, and manpower, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness
