What you'll do

Conduct requirement-gathering and documentation sessions with business
Configure OTM modules for order management, shipment planning
Execution, and freight billing
Collaborate with integration teams for EDI (204, 214, 210, 990) flow
Support UAT, training, and go-live readiness activities
