About the role

To ensure the dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and compliance of machined castings used in wind turbine components.

What you'll do

  • Perform dimensional inspection of machined castings using precision instruments (CMM, Vernier, Micrometre, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge)
  • Knowledge in Interpretation of drawings
  • Visual Inspection of castings as per MM-SP55 and EN Standards
  • Verify tolerances as per engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
  • Conduct surface finish checks and visual inspection for defects (porosity, cracks, inclusions)

What you need

  • 10–15 yrs of experience
  • ISO 9001

  • Six Sigma
  • PPAP
  • Mechanical engineering
  • SAP
  • B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
