About the role

Coordinating/ collation and review of all necessary documents and information from internal teams as required for Tax audit and Transfer Pricing audit, BEPS and CBCR reporting. Collating data and filing all applicable Forms and Returns for Income Tax. Review of all tax related GLs on monthly basis Regular tracking of notices, drafting of basic submissions, 133(6) responses, 143(1), etc. Preparing details for assessments/appeals and upload on portal.

What you'll do

• Coordinating/ collation and review of all necessary documents and information from internal teams as required for Tax audit and Transfer Pricing audit
• Review of all tax related GLs on monthly basis
• Visiting tax department for regular follow ups on refunds, OGEs
• Maintain litigation tacker to ensure timely response to all Notices (both domestic and foreign litigations)
• Keeping a control on regular compliances of all foreign subsidiaries and branches of CEAT worldwide
