Process Issues/Quality issues Resolution related to gear manufacturing. Awareness and knowledge of latest technology changes, cutting tool materials and geometries. Conduct straining on tools and tooling on latest trends. Identification of Tool life improvement projects or replacement of tool with alternate technology.

What you'll do

• Process Issues/Quality issues Resolution related to gear manufacturing
• Conduct straining on tools and tooling on latest trends
• Generate Safe working culture.Develop improvement culture
• Driving tool cost reduction, Power cost Reduction and productivity improvement projects
• Drive Productivity through regular reviews for indicators like OLE, OEE

What you need

• 2–7 yrs of experience
• FMEA
• SPC
• Quality control
• Root cause analysis
• TPM
• Machining
• B.Tech or B.E.
