About the role

To support the Outlet Manager in daily operations of the bakery outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, team management, and achievement of sales and operational goals.

What you'll do

  • Assist in the day-to-day functioning of the outlet
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper display of products
  • Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate with inventory/supply team
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints efficiently
  • Train team members to greet customers and handle queries politely and professionally
