Asst. VP, Medicinal Chemistry

About the role

You will recruit PhD and M. Sc. synthetic chemists and mentor them as medicinal chemists and manage their performance and improve their productivity. You will collaborate with your peers in Medicinal Chemistry and work as a team to increase delivery of compounds to the Clinical Pipeline of Enveda.

What you'll do

• Recruit PhD and M. Sc. synthetic chemists and mentor them as medicinal chemists and manage their performance and improve their productivity
• Report to the SVP, Discovery Chemistry
• Collaborate with Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacology, Analytical, ADME and Site Leadership
• Develop appropriate flow schemes of relevant in vitro and in vivo assays
• Work effectively with Project Management

What you need

• 15–20 yrs of experience
• Chemistry
• Pharmacology
• Clinical research
• IPR
• M.Sc or PhD
