What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate various phases of the support service, such as staff requirements, applying client engagement teamwork plans
• Coordinate and participate in monitoring and review of quality control related to service delivery
• Maintain relationships with abroad teams to provide excellent client service throughout the year through supervision of RDC staff assisting with review of work product
• Maintain high technical and professional standards
• Promote and uphold firm policies and procedures

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
• US GAAP
• IFRS
• Accounting
• Reporting
• Customer service
• B.Com or Chartered Accountant
