Audit and Accounts assistant

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Audit & Accounts Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting processes, audit procedures, reconciliations, GST, and TDS compliance. Candidates with prior experience in healthcare, skin clinics, dermatology clinics, cosmetics, or related industries will be preferred.

What you'll do

• Assist with day-to-day accounting activities, including recording, reviewing, and maintaining financial transactions
• Support internal and external audit activities by preparing required documents, schedules, reports, and supporting records
• Perform regular bank, ledger, vendor, customer, and account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Assist in maintaining accurate books of accounts and ensuring transactions are properly recorded and classified
• Support the preparation and verification of invoices, vouchers, bills, receipts, and other financial documents
