• Collaborate with professionals with varied backgrounds and diverse experience in transaction modeling, pricing, valuation
• Recalculate expected asset and security cash flows, tranche payments, and investor analytics (e.g., declining balance tables, weighted average lives
• Analyze results, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with transaction offering documents
• Perform thorough reviews and abstraction of critical information from offering and legal documents (e.g., Indentures, Offering Circulars, Private Placement Memorandum
