About the role

Under limited supervision, the Consultant I is responsible for providing a superior level of customer service and attention to customers who have a vehicle that needs repaired.

What you'll do

• Responds to moderately complex and occasionally complex arbitrations contentions
• Negotiates and settles moderately complex and occasionally complex claims in accordance with business unit best practices
• May work the Triage Tool and partners with the Good Hands Repair Network for vehicles that may be potential total losses
• Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process
• Summarizes documents and enters into claim system notes
