Automation & Workflow - Manager

About the role

Technology Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Automation and Workflow Applications to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and support of automation and workflow applications globally.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the automation and workflow applications team, including direct supervision of the Senior Analyst
• Align and collaborate with the North America team to ensure seamless project intake, design, build, and deployment processes
• Create solution designs (“To-be” state diagrams) and document in Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
• Build automation within project constraints, communicating risks/issues to the project manager
• Ensure seamless User Interface (UI) integration and cohesive user journeys on all deployments
