About the role

This role is designed for experienced professionals with 2–5 years of relevant Microsoft Power automation experience, ranging from strong mid-level contributors to senior specialists.

What you'll do

Design and develop applications & automation solutions using mainly the Microsoft Power Platform for HR and HR Shared Service Center processes
Analyze HR business processes and translate them into functional and technical workflow designs
Collaborate closely with HR process owners, HR Shared Service Center teams, IT and integration teams
Support testing, deployment, and stabilization of HR workflow solutions
Monitor and troubleshoot automation solutions to ensure optimal performance and address any issues promptly
