About the role

You'll partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen the bank's AML framework, build scalable controls, and ensure compliance with RBI and PMLA regulations.

What you'll do

  • Lead the AML operations function, including transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, customer risk reviews, and case investigations
  • Ensure compliance with RBI, PMLA, FIU-IND, FATF, and other applicable regulatory requirements
  • Review and approve Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs), Cash Transaction Reports (CTRs), and regulatory submissions
  • Drive continuous improvement of AML monitoring rules, risk scenarios, and investigation workflows to improve detection efficiency
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to implement AML controls across products and customer journeys
