What you'll do

• Resolves participant inquiries and escalated benefit issues based on independent analysis of plan provisions and applicable laws. Escalates as appropriate
• Develops and implements project plans and timelines for annual enrollment and other low to moderate complexity projects
• Identifies internal and cross functional process improvement opportunities and recommends solutions
• Serves as a point of contact for vendors and internal vendor management partners
• Stays abreast of industry best practices
