What you'll do

• Delivering essential management information on the function’s cost performance as well as projections for the monthly forecast and annual planning cycles
• Includes monthly Actuals reporting and month-end readiness activities such as accruals and invoice management
• Aligning FTE plans to the future organizational shape and impact of the strategic change agenda
• Supporting the regional/functional COO in providing management information and data analysis on the function’s cost base
• Ownership of the implementation of the agreed and optimized cost management structure, including but not limited to cost center management and systems’ structures
