About the role

The Workforce Management AVP within the Internal Audit function is responsible for supporting the development and execution of workforce management strategies that strengthen Internal Audit capabilities and support the function’s strategic priorities.

What you'll do

• Support the development and execution of workforce management strategy aligned with Internal Audit and organizational priorities
• Analyze historical learning, workforce, and skills data to identify trends and support planning and decision-making
• Partner with HR, Finance, operations, audit, and regional stakeholders to align workforce management initiatives/strategies with organizational goals
