About the role
AVP - Legal Counsel - APAC at Revantage. PRIMARY ROLE.
What you'll do
- Review and negotiate engagement letters, service agreements, works and consultancy contracts, NDAs, general commercial contracts etc.
- Review corporate secretarial and funding documents of investment structures
- Assist with the coordination of Singapore investment committee meetings and board meetings relating to Blackstone real estate transactions
- Coordinate declarations by Blackstone sponsor / promoter group in REITs or IPOs
- Maintain tracker and/or provide regular input on the key matrixes for reporting to Blackstone
What you need
