AVP - Strategic Alliances & Product Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced professional to drive strategic distribution partnerships and product management initiatives for AIML's investment offerings. The role will focus on establishing relationships with banks, wealth management firms, and financial intermediaries to expand product distribution, while ensuring effective product positioning, sales enablement, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Strategic Alliances & Distribution Partnerships
• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with banks, wealth management companies, and financial intermediaries for distribution of AIML's investment products
• Drive distributor onboarding, commercial discussions, and relationship management to expand the distribution network
• Present and position investment offerings, including Mauritius-based USD-denominated funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Market Linked Debentures (MLDs)
• Work closely with distribution partners to drive product visibility, engagement, and business opportunities

What you need

• 6–12 yrs of experience
