What you'll do

• Support execution of debt facilities including
• Drafting and review of term sheets
• Reviewing project contracts and due diligence reports
• Leading documentation and ensuring all internal processes are complied with to facilitate financial close
• Support execution of advisory/debt structuring transactions entailing drafting of information memorandum, preparing of financial model
