About the role

Leverage learning technology platforms and analytics to enhance workforce development. We're looking for someone who has: 15+ years of experience across Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, and Employee Engagement. Proven experience leading Talent COEs within large and complex organizations.

What you'll do

• Lead the enterprise-wide Talent Management and Learning Centre of Excellence
• Design and execute talent strategies aligned with long-term business objectives
• Build and institutionalize a Learning Academy to drive employee and leadership development
• Drive organization-wide employee engagement and culture transformation initiatives
• Lead succession planning and talent review processes across critical leadership roles
