What you'll do

• Build and review financial models for mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising transactions, including integrated operating and valuation models
• Perform valuation analyses using Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), and regression-based methodologies
• Support in financial, business, and legal due diligence, including research, analysis, and preparation of transaction documentation for live deals
• Support idea generation for potential M&A opportunities through sector expertise, thematic analysis, and extensive market and company research
• Support coverage responsibilities by developing and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive business origination
