What you'll do

  • Execute on India-based, U.S. M&A tax due diligence projects, including acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions
  • Review financial, tax, and legal documentation to identify tax risks and transaction considerations
  • Analyze historical tax positions, compliance matters, and potential exposures
  • Prepare and review tax due diligence reports, presentations, and client deliverables
  • Assist with tax modeling of various transaction scenarios to compare after tax returns

What you need
