About the role

AVPI,Solution Lead - Workforce Enablement at Revantage. As Solution Lead - Workforce Enablement, based in Revantage’s Bangalore office, you will report to the Practice Lead.

What you'll do

• Shape a secure and scalable workforce technology ecosystem that helps site teams and contractors complete operational work safely, efficiently and consistently
• Improve the field-worker experience across wearable devices, tablets, mobile asset-management tools, collaboration services and the platforms that support them
• Lead the technical quality of workforce enablement change from discovery through implementation
• Solution design and architecture: Lead end-to-end design of secure, resilient and supportable workforce solutions spanning applications, mobile services, devices
• Connectivity and offline operation: Define application and device behaviour for plant rooms, remote areas and other constrained environments

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
• Hardware
• Prototyping
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
