About the role

We are looking for a Azure Cloud Engineer to join our Cloud Managed Services team. The role will be responsible for managing and supporting customer Azure environments, ensuring availability, performance, security, and operational stability. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Azure infrastructure experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work directly with customers during incidents and operational discussions.

What you'll do

Manage day-to-day operations of customer Azure environments
Monitor availability, performance, capacity, and health of Azure resources
Manage Azure VMs, VNets, Storage, Load Balancers, NSGs, Azure Monitor and other core Azure services
Perform routine maintenance, patching, configuration changes, and operational activities
Ensure adherence to defined SLAs, operational processes, and security standards
