B2B Sales and Relationship Manager

About the role

As we scale our professional channel spanning salons, clinics, and beauty professionals, we're looking for a driven Business Development & Key Account Manager to lead partner acquisition, deepen existing relationships, and establish AMINU as the go-to brand within the professional beauty ecosystem. You'll work directly with the founders, training team, and operations team, with high ownership from day one.

What you'll do

• Identify & onboard new salon, clinic, and professional partners & serve as primary POC for all partner accounts
• Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline while hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Conduct partner meetings, product presentations, and field visits
• Drive repeat ordering and product adoption across accounts & monitor partner performance and identify growth levers
• Plan various marketing strategies to increase our visibility in the salons & support partner marketing, trainings & engagement events
