B2B Sales Manager (Banking /NBFC)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive new client acquisition for unsecured business loans targeted at Exporters in India exporting to the US and Mexico. The role involves outbound lead generation, field sales meetings, relationship building with exporters to generate high-quality business loan leads.

What you'll do

• Identify and generate leads through outbound prospecting (cold calls, email outreach, referrals, networking)
• Conduct field meetings with exporters to understand their working capital requirements
• Pitch unsecured business loan products tailored for exporters shipping to the US/Mexico
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to disbursement coordination
• Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets
