Backend Customer Support Executive

About the role

Handle customer queries related to flight bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling. Assist customers with travel-related information and booking issues. Respond to customer queries through email, chat, and calls, as required. Coordinate with airlines, travel agencies, and internal teams. Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
