Backend operations executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Operations Executive to manage daily operational activities, maintain accurate records, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth business operations across online marketplaces and sales channels.

What you'll do

• Manage daily backend operations, order processing, and inventory updates
• Maintain accurate data, reports, invoices, and operational records
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and customer support teams
• Monitor order status, dispatches, returns, cancellations, and delivery issues
• Update product listings, pricing, stock availability, and other marketplace details

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience
• Process management
• MIS reporting
• Any graduate

What you get
