Backend Support Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Backend Support Executive to handle calling, email communication, and backend support activities.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls and handle incoming calls as required
• Communicate with clients and customers through emails and phone calls
• Draft and respond to professional emails in English
• Manage daily backend support and administrative tasks
• Maintain records, update data, and follow up on pending queries

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience
• Customer service
• Writing
• Voice process
• Any graduate

What you get
