About the role

The Balance Sheet Mgmt Sr Ld Analyst position in our Balance Sheet Integrated Solution group focuses on solving complex Treasury challenges using traditional methods and advanced techniques (including AI/ML). You will partner with cross-functional teams (IRRBB, FTP, Non-Market Risk, Methodology) to deliver strategic outcomes, leveraging a strong background in mathematics, quantitative finance, programming, and data science.

What you'll do

• Identify, design, and implement solutions—from traditional analytical approaches to AI/ML—to tackle Treasury’s most pressing challenges
• Build, maintain, and version Python libraries; follow SDLC best practices and publish code on GitHub with robust documentation
• Develop high-impact Tableau dashboards that translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations
