About the role

As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue and profitability.

What you'll do

Oversee and manage all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling
Train and develop bar staff to deliver excellent service and maintain a high level of product knowledge
Create and maintain a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
Monitor and control costs to ensure budget targets are met
