Bar Manager

About the role

All members of the Food & Beverage Department are responsible for ensuring that visitors to the hotel are delighted by the quality, creativity and variety of our food and beverage offerings in every area of the hotel, and that F&B is regarded as a strong point of differentiation for the hotel in its local market.

What you'll do

• Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done
• Manage all bars, banquet beverage operations and the Lobby Lounge, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the Hotel
• Maximizing revenue through increased sales and efficient cost management
• Create, maintain and periodically update the Beverage and Wine list so as to ensure an original and attractive beverage offering that meets the needs of our hotel
• Ensure that proper inventory, requisition, bar pars and control systems are in place to maintain security and cost control of all beverage operations areas
