About the role

You will bring our bar concepts to life by using your personal flair and style when interacting with our guests.

What you'll do

• Follow all skills trained in the departmental core Training
• Take care of the equipment as if it were your own
• Know the daily targets and projections
• Attend lunch and dinner brief with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties)
• Be fully conversant with all services, offers, promotions and facilities offered by the hotel
