What you'll do

Design and implement packaging innovation and transformation strategies
Develop sustainable packaging solutions aligned with regulatory (EPR, PPT, PPWR, FPR) and business requirements
Lead packaging design, development, testing, validation, and commercialization initiatives
Advise clients on packaging material selection, circularity, recyclability, and sustainability improvements
Identify opportunities to improve packaging quality, performance, consumer convenience, and cost competitiveness

What you need

10–12 yrs of experience

B.Tech or B.E. or Chartered Accountant
