About the role

Represent the organization at industry events, customer meetings, and international forums. A successful VP/Director - Business Development should have: 12-18+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Business Development, Licensing, Alliances, or Strategic Partnerships. Proven track record of closing complex international deals.

What you'll do

Lead global licensing, partnerships, and growth initiatives
Drive strategic deals with leading pharma and CDMO companies
Lead business development strategy and drive revenue growth across global markets
Identify and secure new opportunities in CDMO, contract manufacturing, technology transfer, APIs, and formulations
Build and manage relationships with pharmaceutical, specialty, and healthcare companies worldwide
