About the role

Preventive healthcare is one of the fastest-growing ways organizations are investing in employee wellbeing and you'll be right at the forefront of this movement. You will be part of the Growth Team, focused exclusively on Employee Health & Wellness Benefits , helping organizations move beyond "just insurance" and build a genuine culture of preventive care.

What you'll do

• Start as a BDR, with the potential to transition into a Sales role after approximately 2–3 quarters , based on performance
• Research and prioritize target accounts within focus segments
• Work closely with Sales Consultants to understand what makes a lead "good" and continuously sharpen your targeting and messaging
• Keep clean, accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity
• Own discovery calls and learn how B2B healthcare and wellness deals get built and closed
