BDR Lead

About the role

Walkthrough is seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate mid-market leads in India for our SaaS solution. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and a proven track record of success in lead generation. We welcome candidates from companies like Freshworks, Whatfix, or similar organizations who are looking for a new challenge.

What you'll do

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the mid-market segment, with a focus on developing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers
• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, with a focus on identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies, with a focus on increasing conversion rates and improving sales performance
