About the role

The Benefits team within Total Rewards supports global benefits programs, working with Payroll, Finance, People Operations, People Technology, Legal, People Business Partners, brokers, and vendors.

What you'll do

  • Support day-to-day administration for assigned benefits programs, including eligibility, enrollment, benefits onboarding, billing, reporting, audits, quality assurance
  • Review benefits and team-member data from multiple sources, research discrepancies and root causes, and recommend next steps for manager or senior team-member review
  • Work with brokers and vendors on day-to-day benefits operations, and support the Senior
