What you'll do

• Own, the requirements, the seniority path, and the selection process
• Own interpretation quality end-to-end on assigned engagements: pre-session context reads, terminology preparation, live rendering, and post-session debrief notes
• Serve as the desk’s Bengali terminologist — maintain and extend the engagement glossary as new political, reputational, and technical vocabulary enters the work
• Use: Zoom/Meet interpretation channels, Shared termbase/glossary tooling, Personal consecutive notation system, Session-recording review workflow
