BEU-Sales Officer-Tele Sales

About the role

Responsible for sales closure through tele-calling and lead generation for asset and liability products via internal and external channels.

What you'll do

• Achieve monthly and yearly business targets; Identify suitable products for customers and ensure sales closure
• Meet productivity benchmarks and achieve defined targets; Ensure alignment with efficiency and hygiene parameters
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products; Ensure proper tagging and disposition of leads in the system
• Follow channel guidelines and code of conduct; Maintain system login and hygiene parameters; Ensure accurate call information to minimize complaints
