About the role
Serves as process compliance expert for the entire corporation for 4 key areas: Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs, Driver Qualification Files, Background Checks and I-9s. Performs duties at the professional level with all levels in the field. Reviews key areas for process knowledge, compliance, decision making on low level background checks, I-9 process issues.
What you'll do
- Perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned
- Review and grade first level background check issues on MVRs, Verification of Education / Employment and low level criminal activity
- Conducts follow up on vendor issues
- Responds to complex inquiries concerning transition activities in accordance with
- Understands of federal, state and local laws related to their area of expertise
