About the role

About the Role The Geography Head would be a leader of their geography, and responsible to mentor the team, create sales plans oversee sales objectives and analyze data to achieve the sales targets. He would also be responsible to develop relationships with internal stakeholders that would be instrumental in pushing the Gold Loan business

What you'll do

  • Create new business relationships with channels and manage existing internal and external tie-ups to push Gold Loan business
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure Sales numbers are on track and marketing activities are within budget
  • Create monthly and quarterly plans with respect to budget provided and devise ways to achieve the same
  • Prepare manpower requirement plan at the beginning of the year while covering all the assigned areas to maximize business from different areas
