About the role

About the Role Area Collection Manger- Will be responsible for Monitoring and leading the team in the field.

What you'll do

  • Driving PNPA resolutions through collections and business team
  • Monitoring daily activities of FEs tagged for collections
  • Ensuring all the NPA/write off borrowers are visited by the team
  • Ensuring the set collection goals are driven with daily/weekly/monthly frequency
  • Ensuring NPA & write off recovery targets are met on a monthly basis

What you need
