Budget Achievement - By achieving the disbursement and book budget of the assigned territory
Recruitment - by achieving the required quality levels of recruitment numbers in stipulated time and ensure minimal attrition
Channel business - To increase the proportion of business that is being sourced through alternate internal/external channels
Process and Compliance – To achieve the highest level of operational and compliance superiority along with top line numbers
