About the role

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) sets the vision for the Region and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain this vision. The RSM is responsible for maintaining the P and L of the location and for the business expansion and growth of the lending book of the area so as to achieve the topline and profitability goals.

What you'll do

• Drive the business in the geography through the sales resources and ensure attainment of targets
• Map the business potential in the geography of operation
• Manage the quality of portfolio through soft recovery in early bucket defaults
• Organize activities/events across channels to increase lead generation
• Conduct field visits in case of High value loan proposal

What you need

• 13–15 yrs of experience
• Sales

• Any graduate
