BI Lead - Jetpac

About the role

We're looking for a BI Lead to build and own the data backbone that powers every decision at Jetpac. This role demands someone who's equally strong technically and commercially: hands-on with SQL, data models and dashboards, but also strategic enough to shape how the company measures growth. You'll own the single source of truth for our metrics and partner closely with marketing, product, finance and leadership.

What you'll do

• Own the company's core metrics framework (revenue, orders, CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, churn) and be the single source of truth for them
• Set standards for metric definitions, data quality and governance across teams
• Prioritise incoming data requests and balance quick answers with long-term infrastructure
• Data Modelling & Infrastructure
• Design and maintain scalable data models and a clean semantic layer in the data warehouse
