Bid Manager German Speaking at T-Systems ICT India. Provide PMO support to assigned deals and manage the delivery of all customer-facing documents (proposals, presentations, agreements).

What you'll do

• Provide PMO support to assigned deals and manage the delivery of all customer-facing documents (proposals, presentations, agreements)
• Manage document lifecycle including deal documentation, customer communication, due diligence materials, and third-party agreements
• Ensure defined proposal standards are consistently applied across bid teams
• Organise and facilitate team meetings and cross-functional collaboration on sub-stream level
• Support the development and roll-out of new tools, templates, and processes; provide training on CRM, SharePoint, and relevant databases
