About the role

3.1.1. Ensure completion of the loan approval process within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT), maintaining accuracy and compliance. 3.1.2. Monitor post-approval audit observations and ensure timely closure through appropriate corrective actions. 3.1.3. Analyse stage-wise loan proposal rejections to identify trends, root causes, and key focus areas for process improvement.
