Bilingual HyperCare Consultant (French & English)

About the role

CrucialLogics seeking a French/English Bilingual HyperCare Consultant (Information Technology), for our Global, remote team. As a part of our team you will have a strong group of experienced IT professionals behind you to assist and guide you whenever needed.

What you'll do

• Ensuring the best possible experience for users through efficient and personable communication
• Supporting a mixed Windows and MacOS environment with a standard set of business-related peripherals to go along with them
• Administration and upkeep of an Microsoft 365 environment
• Provide end-to-end managed support for Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to Office 365 and collaborate with other IT teams to resolve them in a timely manner
